- The day of departure guest must leave the room until 11:00. If the guest stays more than the normal check out time then from that time and until 18:00, has to pay the half of the cost of the price of the villa per day. If the guest stays after 18:00 then has to pay the full amount of the cost of the villa per day.
- Cleaning times for the villa are from 9:00 until 14:00. If the guest is still in the villa then the cleaning will be rescheduled for another day.
- Please do not use the items of the villa outside the accommodation e.g. (towels).Towels are not to be used for the sea or pool, in case of using them then there is a fine of 10 euro per towel or if you lose them the charge is 25euro
- Towels for the pool area and the sea are given only for adults of each house. If guests need extra then extra towels will cost 2euro per towel per day. Pool towels are staying in the pool area. If you lose any of those there is a charge of 30euro
- Please do not move furniture or objects of the villa inside the villa. Please do not move the furniture or objects of the villa to another villa. In case of loss or ruin of the provided items or furniture the guest is charged.
- Towels, sea towels and bed sheets inside the villa are changed every 3 days. If guests need extra then there is an extra charge. Extra blankets are also charged
- Guests are not allowed to accommodate friends in their villa
- Please dry the dishes and kitchenware before placing them in the cabinets.
- The key card of the villa is only one and unique, if the guest loses the card then there is a 25euro fine.
